DELIVERY

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days if the item is in stock. We process orders at our Forssa factory primarily twice a week, usually on Mondays and Wednesdays in the evening. We use GLS services as our delivery method to EU countries as to other parts of the world we choose the carrier case by case. In Finland we use Matkahuolto services.

Free EU delivery for orders over 70€. For rest of the world free delivery threshold is 100€. Delivery fees are calculated during checkout based on customers’ location. Be sure to select free delivery at checkout, as the checkout automatically gives you the option of both free delivery and delivery at the basic price.

RETURNS

Products have a 14-day return policy, which begins when the customer receives the product. The returned product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be returned in its original packaging. The shipping box does not need to be the same as the one received.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us first at info@northernlite.fi. Leaving the package uncollected without notifying us does not count as a return. The buyer is responsible for the return costs, and shipping costs will not be refunded. Keep the receipt you receive from the return until you receive confirmation of the return from us.

After we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email. After an approved return, your money will be refunded to the payment method you used to pay for the product when placing the order.
